This Beautiful 3 texture multi-color floor was completed by our own crew. Our greatest regret is not taking "Before" pictures. The previous floor in this 50+ year old rock chapel was a bare concrete slab with peeling floor paint. Remember this new surface is only 1/8" thick! It features integral color in 2 areas with 2 variations of our StainStone™ finishes.

This project was completed in the historic original chapel/sanctuary of the First Baptist Church of Pleasant Valley located near the scenic Brazos river between Mineral Wells and Palo Pinto Texas. To provide a modern floor with a feel for history the combination of "natural rock", "antique tile", and "blue slate" finishes were used in combination with epoxy sealing primers and a clear finish sealer. The "web quality" photo's do not do justice to the beauty of this application. When placed back in service the antique pulpit and piano were placed at the front on the "natural stone" with the "antique tile" forming the aisle between the pews in the "blue slate" seating area. The top left view shows about 1/3 of the area. The entry foyer was also finished in "blue slate".
The big difference that allows our products to give these results is the combination of our one-of-a-kind multi-polymer (not a single component vinyl, acrylic, or regular polymer) and our stains, colors, sealers, etc. all developed specifically for decorative concrete repair and resurfacing over 15+ years. (not products adapted to "ride the wave" of popularity concrete products are generating)

PS. The parents of the groom in the first wedding held on this new chapel floor were married in the old  "rock church" on the original dirt and sawdust floor!
