Some common questions and answers about our EnhanCement™products. What makes your surfaces different than all the other concrete products out there? Our unique multi-polymer surfaces offer far better performance under a wider variety of conditions than any other product on both new and old concrete. Our products have been proven over 20 years and are in use on new concrete and concrete over 45 years old! What's the difference in your procedure and other methods such as acid staining? Acids and/or etching by their very nature are harmful to the concrete surface; thus acid stains actually damage the surface to color it.  Our unique method of using a multi-polymer micro-surface over the existing concrete, then using our unique non-acid stains or integral concrete colors actually strengthens and improves the concrete rather than damaging it. Our finished surface is actually stronger than the concrete underneath it. Can your products repair those big cracks in my driveway or patio? Unfortunately no, and neither can any other concrete surfacing product regardless of the claims made by the manufacturer or contractor.  Our products can repair surface damage, cracks and defects making them invisible and providing permanent repairs.  Structural damage such as large cracks or broken concrete can only be repaired properly by removing and replacing the damaged concrete.  We can however provide custom designs that will minimize these flaws, sometimes hiding them completely at a far lower cost than replacement. What colors and patterns do you offer? We offer an unlimited variety of patterns and colors as we custom mix our own formulas to your particular specifications and desires.  We have many standard patterns of course, and can customize or combine them to create a look that's all your own.  We also have an unlimited variety of textures. What type surfaces do you offer? We have specialized surfaces for indoors, outdoors, high traffic areas, pool decks, patios, porches, walkways, and commercial installations. How much does all this cost? Our custom services range from approximately $2.00 per square foot and up.  The average job generally falls within a range from $2.50 to $5.00 a square foot. We do have a minimum charge so sometimes it is better to do both a sidewalk and porch for example, than just a porch by itself.  The best way to find exactly what you're project will cost is to describe the look you want to achieve and let us examine the conditions of your particular project.  Then we can provide you with an exact estimate of the cost of your job.
